Sharon Swift paints to connect with herself, others and the word and to continue broadening the possibilities of her reality. Sharon was born in Australia and resides in Fort Lauderdale. She began studying Drawing, seeking perfection with Hyperrealism before exploring abstraction which has become an exciting adventure. She draws inspiration from all her observations including nature, art, music, poetry and design. These ideas are combined with asking questions to try to add clarity to the unknown both of our internal and external world and how these worlds layer and intersect. This encompasses a broad study which highlights depth, color, movement, patterns, beauty, chaos, emotions, human psyche. Sharon's studies in the creative field have included photography, Still Life and Figure Drawing, Mixed Media and Ikebana.
